How does cooperation look like?
Every worldbuilding project is different, which is why all my packages are flexible. You can choose a ready-made package or fully customize the scope to your needs — for example, more maps, fewer character sheets, adding specific symbols or mockups.
To make the process fast and pleasant for both sides, I ask for a detailed description of the order. The more precisely you describe what you need, the more accurate the valuation you will receive and the fewer corrections will be needed during implementation.
This allows me to focus on the creative part of the work, and you will receive exactly what you expect faster.
Step by step:
Interview
Every cooperation begins with a short interview with the client. I analyze all provided materials, we determine the scope of work, the price, and all necessary details.
Payment
After acceptance of the cooperation terms, it is time for valuation and payment. The price is fully transparent for the client and contains no hidden costs. You pay for exactly what you receive, using the chosen payment method. Standardly, before starting the work, I require a 50% deposit of the agreed price.
Implementation
During implementation, the client is provided with full transparency of the production process, the ability to report corrections and comments at any stage, and regular updates on work progress.
The client has full control over the entire process!
Completion
After acceptance of all materials, the order is completed. After payment of the remaining amount, the client receives a folder with all necessary files, as well as a summary file of the entire order. Upon completion of the cooperation, the client receives the right to use the created materials in any way.
