Questions and Answers

Frequently Asked Questions!

Most common questions:

1. What exactly do you do and who are your services for?

I help creators organize and visualize their universes. I create maps, relationship graphs, character sheets, world branding, timelines, and complete, well-organized world bibles. I mainly work with book authors, indie game creators, TTRPG projects, and people making animated films or Kickstarter campaigns.

2. Can I order only a selected part of a package or a completely custom commission?

Yes, all packages are flexible. You can modify ready-made packages, combine them, or place a completely custom order. If you need only a specific element — a universe logo, a map, a relationship graph, or anything else — just write to me and I will prepare an individual offer.

3. What does the entire cooperation process look like from first contact to file delivery?

We start with a short conversation and analysis of the materials you send me. Then I present a detailed valuation and work plan. After acceptance, you pay a 50% deposit and I begin execution. During the work, I regularly show progress, so you can report comments on an ongoing basis. After acceptance of the final version, you pay the second half, and I send you all the files along with the license. At the end, you still have 14 days of technical support.

4. How long does it take to complete a commission?

The time is always determined individually and depends on the scope and complexity of the project. Simple commissions can be ready in a few business days, larger projects usually take from 10 to 20 business days. (The time given is approximate. Each commission receives individual and precise information about the execution time.)

5. How many corrections are included in the price and what happens if I need more changes?

The price includes one round of corrections. During execution you have full transparency — you can report comments on an ongoing basis without limit. After acceptance of the final version, the paid round of corrections begins. Additional rounds are already charged extra.

6. What files and materials should I prepare before placing an order?

The more details you provide, the better. It is best to send all your notes, descriptions, sketches, existing graphic files, inspirations, and information about what the final material is for (book, game, Kickstarter, RPG session, etc.).

7. Can I commission you if I already have some maps, character sheets, or branding?

Of course. You don’t have to start from scratch. If you already have materials but want to improve, unify, or expand them — feel free to apply. I often work with existing elements.

8. Do I retain full rights to my universe and lore after the cooperation ends?

Yes. I do not take over any rights to your world or lore. You receive from me a non-exclusive license to use the created materials.

9. Can I use the materials I commissioned commercially?

Yes, you can use them both privately and commercially (book, game, film, social media, etc.). I only ask for credit as the author where possible (first and last name + link to the website).

10. Are my materials and information confidential?

Yes, I maintain full confidentiality. This applies to both me and the trusted creators I may cooperate with. We can also establish additional, individual confidentiality terms.

11. Do you work only by yourself or do you use help from other creators?

I primarily try to work independently, but if needed, I use the help of trusted, fellow creators. I always inform the Client about this before starting the commission and I bear full responsibility for the quality of their work.

12. What are the payment terms?

Standardly, I require a 50% deposit before starting work and 50% after acceptance of the final materials. I accept traditional bank transfers, BLIK, PayPal, and Wise. We determine the currency (PLN, USD, EUR) individually.

13. What happens if I change my mind during the work or want to add something?

If the changes fit within the original arrangements, you can report them on an ongoing basis during execution. Larger changes may require additional settlement — we determine this individually.

14. Do you offer support after the project is completed?

Yes. For 14 days from the completion of the commission, I offer free technical support (resending files, conversions, help with technical problems, implementation of printing house comments, etc.).

15. What is your experience and why is it worth choosing you?

I have been working professionally in computer graphics for almost two years. I have completed certified courses and training, and I am constantly developing my skills both technically and practically. The greatest value is that I am a creator myself — I understand the problems that universe authors face and I strive to deliver aesthetic and functional solutions.

16. Do you accept commissions from abroad and in what currency do we settle?

Yes, I accept commissions from all over the world, mainly from EU countries and the USA. We determine the currency (PLN, USD or EUR) and the payment method individually. The Client bears the costs of currency conversion and commissions.
