Order Terms & Conditions:

1. Basic Information
- Orders can be placed only through the form on the website or via private message using one of the listed contact methods.
Each order must include a clear and specific description that serves as the basis for creating the project.
Orders lacking a proper description, provided materials, or communication may be declined.
- Starting the project and paying the deposit is considered acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
2. Payments and Pricing
The minimum order value is 55 PLN.
Before work begins, a deposit of 50% of the total project cost is required (paid via BLIK transfer or another method agreed upon via email).
The remaining balance is paid after the final project is accepted.
The price depends on: the number of elements, their complexity, the graphic style, and the turnaround time.
3. Project Completion
The standard turnaround time is up to 7 business days from the moment the deposit is received.
For larger projects, the deadline is set individually.
You can contact me at any time to ask about progress — you have full insight into the process.
4. Revisions and Post-Project Support
After the project is completed and the full payment is made, you are entitled to three free revisions, which can be used within 7 days of receiving the final files.
These revisions may include text edits, color adjustments, layout tweaks, or other small corrections — as long as they don’t completely change the original concept.
If a requested change goes beyond a reasonable scope, I will inform you beforehand and suggest an additional fee or alternative solution.
After 7 days, unused revisions expire and are not transferred to future projects.
Additionally, for 14 days after completion, I provide technical support which includes:
resending files,
converting files to another format,
adjusting files for printing (if rejected by the print shop),
assistance with basic editing in case of file damage.
5. Files and Formats
Final files are delivered in PNG, JPG, PDF, SVG, or other formats — depending on the project type.
Print-ready designs are prepared according to printing standards (CMYK, bleed, margins, etc.).
Open files (e.g. PSD, AEP, AI) are not included by default — if you need them, please specify this in the order form. An additional fee may apply.
6. Copyright and Usage Rights
The client gains full commercial usage rights only after the total payment has been made and the project is officially marked as completed.
Until that point, all materials provided (e.g. sketches, previews, screenshots) are for communication purposes only and may not be used publicly or commercially, in whole or in part.
As the author, I retain moral rights to the work — the client may not claim authorship, alter the design in a way that harms its integrity, or resell it.
I reserve the right to feature the completed project in my portfolio (website or offer presentations). The client may request that identifying information such as company name or personal data remain undisclosed.
Projects that must remain entirely confidential (NDA) require a separate agreement prior to project initiation.
7. Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
If the client wishes the project to remain fully confidential (e.g. not published in my portfolio, with no information about the collaboration), a separate NDA can be signed.
The NDA is valid only after both parties agree and sign (e.g. via email).
The agreement may include:
confidentiality of the collaboration itself,
restriction on publishing the project,
restriction on disclosing technical, business, or conceptual details.
By default, without an NDA, the author retains the right to present the project in their portfolio, respecting the client’s right to hide sensitive data such as company name or personal information.
8. Discounts
All information about discounts can be found in the “Discounts” section.
If your order qualifies for a discount, mark it in the order form — otherwise, it won’t be applied.
Discounts cannot be combined unless agreed upon individually.
Referral codes and feedback discounts are one-time and assigned to a specific person.
9. Rejection or Termination of a Project
I reserve the right to refuse an order in the following cases:
lack of sufficient description in the form,
unrealistic deadlines or expectations,
disrespectful behavior,
fraudulent activity (e.g. fake discount codes),
lack of response from the client for 2 days after my last message (excluding prior notice of delayed response).
In case of no communication, the project may be:
paused without refund of the deposit, or
considered completed after 7 days of inactivity.
- Files from canceled projects are not sent to the client. To receive them, a new order must be created, which may involve new pricing.
An exception applies if the client pays the remaining amount within 28 days — however, in such a case, benefits such as technical support or free revisions (see section 4) no longer apply.
