What does the project order process look like?
After you fill out the order form, you’ll receive a reply within 24 hours. Then we’ll discuss the details of your project and I’ll provide an exact quote. Once you accept the terms, a 50% deposit is required. From that moment, I start working and send updates as the project progresses. After approving the final version, you pay the remaining amount and receive the finished files.
How much do your services cost and what determines the price?
The minimum price for a project is 55 PLN. The final cost depends on the complexity of the project, the number of elements, and the deadline. The more you order, the better — larger packages mean a lower price per design!
Can I order just one graphic?
Yes, absolutely! However, package discounts do not apply to single orders.
How long does it take to complete a project?
For standard projects — up to 7 business days. Larger or more complex orders are scheduled individually.
Can I request revisions?
Of course! You’re encouraged to share feedback throughout the process. After receiving the final project, you’re entitled to 3 free revisions. Each additional one is subject to a fee.
Do we sign a contract?
Normally, we don’t need a written contract. However, if the client prefers one, it can be signed through Useme or as a PDF file.
Note: As a minor, I require a parent or legal guardian’s signature if the client provides the contract document.
Do you issue invoices?
Yes, I can issue an invoice upon request through the Useme platform.
In what formats will I receive my files?
I deliver finished projects in standard formats (e.g., PNG, JPG, PDF, SVG) — excluding open files (.psd, .ai, etc.).
Open files can be provided for an additional fee or by prior arrangement.
Can I use the project commercially?
Yes — you receive full commercial usage rights once the project is completed and paid for.
However, I retain moral authorship rights, as stated in the Terms & Conditions.
I’m not sure what I want — can you help?
Of course! In the form, you can indicate that you need help choosing the right style or creative direction. I’ll be happy to guide you and suggest the best options.
Do you create projects based on inspiration?
Yes, I can design something inspired by your reference materials, but I never copy or reuse someone else’s work. Every design is created entirely from scratch.
Can I see your previous work?
Yes — you can view my portfolio on the website and on my Behance profile.

Do you work evenings or weekends?
I usually work afternoons and evenings — up to around 9:30 PM. I do accept weekend orders, but I don’t start or finish projects until Monday.
What if I’m not satisfied with the project?
I always aim to make sure you’re truly happy with the result. If something doesn’t meet your expectations, I offer revisions — and in case of delays, discounts or other forms of compensation may apply.
As a last resort, the collaboration can be ended, and the deposit will be handled in accordance with Article 394 of the Polish Civil Code.
